State enterprise Turto Bankas is a limited civil liability state-owned legal entity, which controls, uses and disposes of the assets entrusted to and acquired by it in accordance with the right of trust. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, which appoints and recalls other managerial bodies of the company (the Manager of the company and the Board), implements the rights and obligations of the owner.
